You just need to stop worrying about what other people are doing. If you don't like what Choe does with his art and talents don't support it. If you know about Choe's life then you can see his passion in his art. This a guy who when in prison would punch himself in the face to start bleeding so he could use his blood for paint. He worked everyday of his life to become an artist and he became successful at it, so in my opinion he earned every right to paint whatever art he wants.

why do so many of you think it ends with the outlines? youre just watching him throw down rough outlines and assuming thats it? just look up the finished work... you actually think he just walked around with a single black spray can, doodled a bit, and dipped out? lmao what

This is the first time i've ever seen this video, and a lot of people are talking about it in the comments.
Can someone fill me in on the context,
    if they feel like it?
    Many thanks in advance!

I'm guessing you're saying, due to the poorly written state of your comment, that I have no idea about what makes something street art because of my age? That you should clarify. Of course him decorating the office is not street art, I never said that. Street art is graffiti, not in galleries. My point was that making money does not strip someone of being authentic. His graffiti pieces are quite awesome street art and him making money luckily by investment does not make him anything less.
