Play on Workshop map, and install the MetaMod

Console command from this video:
(If you're using commands in launch options, like I in video - you need to use (+) prefix, without space. If you're manually typing this commands in server console, or using them in server config file - don't use the (+) prefix )
Load specific map from Steam Workshop (subscription to this map not needed)
host_workshop_map *MapID
Load map collection from Steam
host_workshop_collection *CollectionID
Show you the list of all available maps from Steam Workshop collection (via console)
ds_workshop_listmaps
Change current map, to one from Steam Workshop collection map list
ds_workshop_changeleve *MapName
Allow/Restrict using maps, with not in your collection
sv_workshop_allow_other_maps *1/0
