HOW TO MAKE PUMKIN CAKE 💞

  • Ingredients
    340g & 1 & 1/2 cup Pumkin paste (fresh Pumkin)
    225g - all purpose flour 1 & 1/2 cup
    150g brown sugar- 3/4 cup
    115g butter - 1/2 cup
    2 eggs
    1 tsp Baking soda (bicarbonate soda)
    1 tsp cinnamon powder
    Any chocolate as much as you like
    Pumkin seeds or any seeds (optional)
    Step 1 - steam the Pumkin
    Step 2- peel of the skin of Pumkin and smash it after smashing them strain the excessive water that'll come from the Pumkin
    Step 3- In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them well, then add pumpkin paste and melted butter and again beat them accordingly Then add flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder and chocolate chunks mix it very well
    Step 4- Pour the cake mixture in to your baking pan and sprinkle pumpkin seed on it, then bake it in your preheated oven at 175 degree celsius for 40 minutes.
    Step 5 -Cut the cake and serve it
