The glitch at the beginning shows the edit system or acquisition dropped about 1s of video but kept getting audio. So I think Clark's capture systems are running full or just running slow.

Carmax for me. Overnight test drive and 30 day return policy and maxcare 150k bumper to bumper warranty. I will pay more for the car, less than dealer for warranty, peace of mind.

I'll never understand why it's acceptable for salesmen and advertisers to lie. Buyer beware!

Just recently had my first CarMax experience with the purchase of a used 2020 with 21K miles and looks brand new (it was a fleet vehicle) and couldn't have been happier with the process.

I'm 72 and trying to buy my very first used car. I currently own a 1991 Toyota Tercel which I bought new almost 34 years ago. I am completely overwhelmed by all the videos I've been watching, some of which contradict each other in terms of buying tips. I know what model and make I want to buy...and I plan to pay cash for it, but I feel completely lost as to where to start and how to proceed. Should someone like me focus on CarMax?

Carmax is usually higher than Edmunds etc or other dealers. Customers seem very happy with the Carmax Maxcare warranty and that isn't factory.

Please warn your followers about buying used electric vehicles. Unlike anything we have ever experienced before the batteries might fail within 1-2 years after you buy the used vehicles and a new battery can cost over $7000 while you still owe for the purchase!!! Another way the working class is being destroyed in the USA

Dealer add on fees are a joke, but people will accept them to get the car they want all they have to do is finance through the dealer. Negotiation is fast becoming obsolete which ruins the process for cash or pre financed customers.

Even cashiers check can be stopped within 3 or less days and it cost them just $10 to stop it. My associate sold his expense car the buyer got the car and the title for $10

@John1925T I used my phone during the visit to check the value of my car, to check the MSRP on the vehicle offered, to use a car loan calculator, to add up all the fees they were trying to Charge me. I caught a mistake on the final deal, saved myself almost $2000.
