This is beautiful, calm, and very happy. There’s a story, but no villain. A journey, but no obstacle other than distance. There’s no struggle, only progress. I was constantly on edge, waiting for something to happen to the witches, to the star, but nothing ever did. It was peaceful.
We need more of this sometimes, I think. A reminder that not everything involves struggle, that some things can be easy and that’s alright.

I nearly teared up listening to this 5 years later. When I listened to it the first time, I was 13 and living in China, miles away from my brother, who was staying in Ecuador for university. The first time I listened to this song on Christmas night, I cried from happiness knowing my brother was there to spend Christmas with me as a family. Listening again, after New Years had passed that week, I cried again, knowing it was the last time I'd see him for a while. But even then, I smiled through my tears, thanking my lucky stars that I was blessed with the most amazing big brother I could ever ask for.
I aspire to become someone who can bring this much joy to people as much as he did, that a song can make me cry just from remembering that week

Well i guess ive been putting this off for awhile now...this song means alot to me. Ive been following snails house for years now, and ive been so happy to watch them grow. But me and my little sister would listen to this all the time when we would go get ice cream, she's been disabled at birth, so i would always push her in her chair so she could feel like she was walking. Whenever the song would start, i would say: "THIS IS FUN!" and she would say: "you cant step on them ok?" And we would laugh together as we walked together through the mall. Afterwards we would drive home and she would look out the window and say: "Look we're flying! Just like the girls in the video!" And i would laugh and roll down the window so she could stick her head out and smile in the wind. Snails house....thank you for this song. Thank you for making my sister smile. Thank you for the memories.
