Long-time AGi user here of almost 30 years. That said and in the interests of full disclosure I am seriously considering moving to another platform due to AGi's ever-increasing cost of ownership and severely lacking development of the software for several years now. Have to say though, I think your comparison is a little unfair, although I understand the bias to Dialux.
Everything you showed from Dialux can be produced from AGi32 including scaled views, custom templates, titleblocks and multiple pages. I also believe from what I've seen that AGi produces better drawings in terms of layout options compared to Dialux, although Dialux' report function, like you showed, is somewhat useful as well.
Where Dialux has a distinct advantage is in the modelling capabilities. AGi was never intended to be a modelling program and since the windows version came out circa 1999, there has been very little effort to improve it's modelling capabilities. I find myself modelling in SketchUp and importing directly into AGi when producing anything other than a simple room shape.
Happy to share an experienced (old) users example of a drawing set from AGi if you're interested.

Thank you so much for the very informative comment, Ewen. I will be honored to see some of your designs using AGI32. I will not show it to anybody if you don't like it. But I will be proud to compare it again to other software like Dialux evo if you will allow me. Please send it to nelca_roco@yahoo.com

Yep I find it much easier to model and calculate for luminaire QTYs in dialux, then export and trace it back over in AGi. That’s how much slower it is

Your use of both Dialux and AGi32 is truly commendable, although understandably, you will have natural inclination to Dialux. I'm a long time AGi32 user and still learning Dialux. Both have their strengths and limitations. In reference to the report, Dialux have an ease in report production, but often times mindlessly used by many (i.e. inclusion of UGR reports on outdoor lighting applications, etc.). There is definitely an ease and beauty in the report format of Dialux compared to the more technical/Engineering presentation in AGi32 (not "simple"). And all the other important details you noted (LPD, Reflectances, calculation standards, etc) can come easily in the "Print Text" command.

Thanks for the comment, Jay. Yes, you are correct. All the info can also be generated in AGI32, it's just how the AGI32 report sometimes looks like tampered and informal to present. I have seen reports from different lighting designers who used AGI32 and all of their reports are different from each other. Unlike in Dialux which is very uniform. Easy to find the info you need.
