They will get worse from April when the electricity and gas rises kick in, my electric direct debit has just been increased by 75% a month from 1st April and that’s before any effects of the War raises prices even more! Only the odd Lottery ticket for me now and at least you’ve got a chance of winning big money albeit a small chance! 😷😷

We all need to stop playing these robbing bastard machines greedy bookies .I constantly watch people and myself hemorrhaging money with very little pay back .its hard I know chasing your hard earned money once u start feeding machines .we all need to stop playing them
@@johnmcguinness7116 If it was not for the machines most of the shops would close down, they don’t make much from conventional betting anymore so fobt players subsidise the whole shop and that’s why you lose so much, also how can a £21 win on a £2 stake be a big win, they will rinse you dry! 😷😷
@@johnczajka6494 They always aim for deprived areas as well. Loads of bookies in areas where money is tight as they know they'll get punters in desperate to win cash on those machines. Theres a town near me with a population of just over 10,000 and its a very affluent town, theres not a bookie within 3 miles of the place because nobody there 'needs' the money. There used to be a BetFred years ago but it shut down because nobody was using it. You tend to find that rich areas have few, or no bookies at all.
