    Finally got it yesterday from Apprentice 💕I've been practicing pole for about 5 years but only started working towards nailing the Ayesha for about 6 months or so. Now I'll work on getting to 100% of the time so I can start working on variations and different ways to get into it.

    I've been struggling with this for so long 😩
    I can do a strong D shape and extended butterfly but just fall as soon as I get into ayesha 🙃

    • @PoleFreaks
      @PoleFreaks  Год назад

      That’s how I learnt - I would get into it and then immediately come to the floor, but the more I did it the longer I could hold it for. I really had to focus on it - I think I did about 25 attempts while training (5 sets of 5) but I wouldn’t recommend doing that many at once 🤣

    If I'm very dominant right-handed should I have my right or left hand at the top? I'm more comfortable in a right-hand invert so my left hand is going to be at the top of the pole automatically . I did an inverted D last night and held it with my left hand at the top. I'm following all of your instructions but I feel like my left hand at the top is going to slip off the pole and I'm going to fall. I did manage to hold my Ayesha 0.5 seconds like you said about 5 times in the past month. I don't work on it that much it scares me a bit. I'm 61 years old and just started pole dancing a year-and-a-half ago. So much fun and you have been so much help! I go to you for everything

      I’ve replied on the other Ayesha video so hopefully that helps! Getting an Ayesha for any length of time is brilliant 👏 and it just gets longer and longer from there 💪🏼

    Hello is ur body suppose to be right Infront of the pole or sideways when doin this skill?

    • @PoleFreaks
      @PoleFreaks  Год назад

      Hi! Ideally your body is inline with the pole. If both arms are straight you’ll be more inline - if you prefer to bend the top arm you might be slightly off centre. Hope that helps! 😀

    Feel like you need strong wrists for this

    • @PoleFreaks
      @PoleFreaks  8 месяцев назад +1

      I’d say it’s the balance and correct use of the push / pull more. By the time you’d work on an ayesha your wrists will hopefully feel fine! 😀
