I see that Xabi is reading these comments and taking good advise. Xabi told Ly to keep the gate locked, yes, this is for safety. Ly is a pure hearted girl, but not everyone thinks like that. She is at home in the dark at night without protection, she has an infant child, she lives way out in the boonies away from civilization with no male countapart as protection. She needs security cameras on the property from different vantage points.
I guess Xabi is wanting to renovate the house before having the electricity turned on.
Why not relocate Ly and her son in one of those finished houses for safety until renovations can be completed at the farm (just a suggestion).
