Tori has a passive heal that regens 50% of the dmg that was just done to you. For example if a bomu user does 1k dmg u get 500 hp healed back passively. It also has a manual heal which isn't as good as it was before rework and you can use it to heal party members.
they really need to abuse small updates like once a week they add some small feature like same random marine captain sword with like basic moves Common and rare Zoans Some like blacksmith to make you a custom color katana .
Quality of the update is gonna be bad. Example: you see Dragon claw with a lot of cool effects and some random man with bad Quality katana (they need to rework old styles like 1ss bad Quality E) or cursed lookin zoan with the most basic moves. GPO wants good Quality updates, they are not gonna do something like that. And devs have a life, don't say something like "they need to update the game a lot cuz it's dry"

Half form phoenix burst is because full form has a giant hitbox making it easier to knock it out of the move
You can still heal with it, he just changed how it lookes its phoenix brand or something cause when hes in half form he was healing
