    That is very average, most concreters in Oz I work with, are not the sharpest tool in the shed.
    He clearly got caught on that machine for maintenance.
    This is a hot climate so adding lots of water on the surface during troweling, is a given.
    This is Queensland, in Oz no air entrained admixture.

    How do you salvage that?

      You can only salvage if the customer agrees to allow for a grinded floor, you have to remove the delamination

    The blade pitting looked like slag from cutting the bolts above with oxy/acetylene torch. (The bolts were ground flush) 🫡

    1 I'd would say this is not a Workman like Manor and or it didn't take care of his equipment or he's just too dumb to care😅
