I don't understand basis of this law on "Marriage Promise". If you don't want to have sex with anybody except your husband, then why can't you wait to get married? How can you put someone in jail based on a vague claim of conditional consent? Judge said, "Your intention was to have physical pleasure with her, but not marry her"... Yes, So What??? Why is it necessary for anybody to want to marry someone, if they want to have sex?
Also, usage of the word "exploitation". Having sex with a woman is exploiting her? Is there no world where a woman doesn't enjoy sex? Is sex a one-way pleasure?
