It's crazy how similar some of these furniture pieces look to the high-end version and I feel like any and all of these pieces would really elevate your home. After seeing this vid, and flashing back to when you first moved into your new home, and 'had' to change the orange-y tones of the legs on the bedframe to a more driftwood vibe - 100% agree with you on that decision!!!

I'm amazed at how much you can save if you're willing to take the time to look and shop around instead of impulse buying. Doing it this way could literally save you thousands of dollars that you can use elsewhere in your home. I'm so impressed with all the research you've done to help us save time and money. I bet your husband feels the same way. You've created such a beautiful, warm and inviting home and didn't go broke doing it. Between your thrift flips and repurposing items to doing your own art pieces you've been able to save thousands yet everything in your home looks high-end and comes together beautifully!! I'm soo happy I found your channel 😉
And no, you're not the only one who has bedtime snacks lol. I have a little stash of snacks in my room as well lol. They taste so much better while watching a movie in bed lol.

Dupe prices are right up my alley,! Great info! I am not ready for furniture but maybe in 3 or so months since there may be delays so set an ETA and push it back until house is ready for close. I am still dealing with builder with trying to change some design upgrades changes after signing 3/31/21! I flipped back and fifth and I am sure I am getting on their nerves but currently waiting to see if they will allow and not sure how much they will charge. Bummed and frustrated! So hard picking and being comfortable with decisions we have made. I watched your vid posts with your upgrades and regrets so I know u can relate! Builders don’t realize that this is our dream home and we want to live regret free and free from defects! Homes are not cheap these days!!!!! Ugh. Anywhoo- love your vids! Hope all is well!
