My dad used to live on the New York side of Niagara Falls. Every winter the mist from the falls would blow in his neighborhood and coat the houses, trees and cars with a little layer of ice. Absolutely gorgeous but a little inconvenient on the days it blew that direction.

I thought hooters was a type of strip bar-didnt know it was a take away restaurant- a fun video, learning more all the time aboot Canada! much love Alina ❤️👍🇬🇧
This is the area (in the USA) where I grew up. Back in the day, I used to walk my dog across the bridge there to Canada with no ID, and the Canadian guards would put out a bowl of water for my dog. Those we're the days
Fun Fact : At 3:28 they are walking past a small stone structure overlooking the American Falls that was transformed into a cottage for the 1950's movie classic " Niagara " starring Marilyn Monroe, Joseph Cotton and Jean Peters (second wife of Howard Hughes). Marilyn was filmed standing in that exact spot ! Just a little trivia. Cheers
As a Niagara local who has seen you in a bunch of countries, it was great fun to see you enjoy yourselves in The Falls and at Inniskillin. Can't believe how empty it was though. The place was practically deserted. Thanks for bringing Ryan and making a great video. Let's see you in Niagara-on-the-Lake sometime. :-)
Wow it's so weird to see it so desolate there after how bustling it was when I went there a few years ago. Of course back then you could easily see both the US & the Canadian sides & it was fun to walk across the international bridge.
I live in Southern California, have been to Niagara Falls several times, Parliament in Ottawa are a few of my favorite spots in 🇨🇦 Thank you guys for posting this amazing place! Have a happy holiday you guys 🎄
It was really enjoyable to see a more relaxing kind of video, it gives you the complete show of all your wonderful trips you take us on. I remember the Falls, I was there about 20 yrs ago, and remember how beautiful they are. I did see both sides of them, and also enjoyed the wonderful high action side also. Thanks Ryan for making sure our great friend a great time, she deserved it. Will keep this one for the memories it gave that always stay in memories for a lifetime. Was surprised to see this come out, Alina...you gave us a surprise and those are usually always a treat. Have a safe trip to South America!! Cheers!!
When next back in Canada, hope you can visit the East Coast and some of the wineries in the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia. Summer time for the beaches for sure and a relaxing pace of life.
Windsor is nicer than Detroit. My favorite thing about it is the tunnel. Once you’re through, you’re in Canada! I’m not one for gambling and the house keeps your bets.
Do they still shut the falls off at night? I thought water was stored and maximum amount used for hydro electric generation and flow to falls reopened during tourist hours.
I went to a Hooters once before. It was on the request of my US Army cousin who came back from Iraq to attend a funeral for one of my uncles and I was driving him back to the airport. I was so underwhelmed. I rarely drink and I was driving, so I wasn't indulging. The food wasn't anything to write home about. And the waitresses did nothing for me. I always joked, "We must have went on ugly Tuesday." I don't get the draw to Hooters, maybe Canada has better ones. Ooh, poutine, very Canadian, I want to try it some day. Great video, watch out for those geese. Good thing for you they were the Canadian ones. Everyone know the Canadian geese are much nicer than the American variety.
I love Tim Hortons and would love to see Niagara Falls and more of the east coast being from the west coast of Canada! I’ve been to a Hooters in Vegas but didn’t think we had them in Canada! Great video Alina!

Great video Alina, brings back a lot of memories when my friends and I would drive down to Niagara Falls on a weekend, you walked in the very same spots we did, amazing. Their used to be a great place called Stoney Creek Dairy (many years ago) we used to stop into for some home made ice cream cones, the best. Thanks for a Blast from the Past (for myself) Alina it sure has changed, well done. :) NC

Never been to Canada, but have always wanted to, my Wife has visited our Northern neighbors quite a bit when a teenager. Am I correct in saying, that at night or other selected times; the flow to the waterfall face can be drastically diverted for hydro power generation?
It's been a few years since I was last in Niagara Falls. Have also take a private flight out of Waterloo airport that we did a circuit around and over the falls. Also have eaten at the same Hooters restaurant and checked out the casino. When you were in Tims did you happen to check out the new "Timbiebs" (Timbits promotion with Justin Bieber)?
Blew coffee through my nose, when your Hooter waitress (aka "server") asked if you wanted Balsamic on your tossed salad. After throwing back a few complex crafted wines into the mix of Tim Horton's and Hooters, the only way I could imagine you and Ryan remaining buds, would be by driving back to T town with the windows cracked.
Well personally, I tell you that you are a very beautiful woman, and with your videos I am practicing my English, while I admire you, a hug from Bogota.

so depressing, Canada and its climate, Niagara Falls especially Tim Hortons
