I'd assume that Sans is William, Toriel is Mrs. Afton (I guess), Asriel is the Crying Child, Frisk is Elizabeth Afton, Chara is Michael, Papyrus would be who William Afton's brother would be in people's AU's, Alphys would be Henry, and Undyne would be Henry's wife. Correct me if I'm wrong.
