Am 82 today James and watching your videos helps me to relive my Munro bagging days. Thanks for them, and especially the An Teallach video, my personal favourite and one I’ve climbed 7 times.
Absolutely epic. I see the weather looks good all week from the 4th Nov. I was thinking of driving up there 435 miles to tackle this. Would I be crazy? I'd only be spending 3 nights up there. I need this fix at least every 6 months for my own sanity.
You asked I hope I did An Teallach justice today ? You certainly did the whole production was absolutely first class the drone footage alone was epic and your communication skills are superb and the music accompaniment is sublime. I think I speak for all your followers we cannot wait for your next adventure.
I did this mountain in the early 70s, setting off from Ullapool at 8 in the morning and getting back just before the pubs closed at 10 (the old days) I remember this climb has one of the best mountains and longest days ever for a single peak in Scotland. A great place and a great memory
An Teallach is a special mountain. It was my penultimate Munro end of August and I had a stunning summit camp with an aurora and a spectacular sunny day the next day. Best 24 hours I have spent on a mountain.
Well done big man. I have to say watching your video's has encouraged me to undertake my 1st Munro tomorrow. Ben Vorlich, Arrochar. Your drone footage is just amazing.
That's a nice mountain, if you have a long enough day, you can continue from summit of Ben Vorlich to Stuc a'Chroin. If i remember correctly there was minor easy scrambling on the way there, but a very enjoyable trip. Have fun tomorrow :)
An Teallach definitely turns the volume up to 11. So glad you went back to the first peak for those views, spectacular footage. 25 years since i traversed that with my dad... Happy memories 😊.
The views are phenomenal, so relieved when it cleared for you. Really enjoyed this one and well deserving of 11/10. Also love Beluga Lagoon and your drone.
Just brilliant James. Bit claggy at the 6:10 cleared up nicely for stunning views of the ridge. If ever you decide to do the full traverse in the future, please can you film it and share it with us all. Haven't done that one yet, but it's on my list, just a bit far from Cheltenham to do on a whim. Retiring next February, so will have time to a few more mountain days at the drop of a hat! (Providing the good wife can be kept happy). 🗻
That video gets a fantastic from me James. The drone shots of the ridge more than do it justice and very well done getting up onto the pinnacles. I've traversed An Teallach twice but took all the by pass paths that I could find so well done!
Fantastic footage. Such a beautiful mountain. Reading my log I gave a lot of respect to this mountain but found it a lot easier than expected had my lunch on Lord Berkeley seat. But looking at it now I doubt if I would have the bravery than in my younger days. Such a good video. Appreciate your time creating the video. Only 10 left. Well done. Look forward to your next journey.
Hi James, I've so loved watching your videos and your progress on your Munro journey. Its 30 years since my journey was cut short but its been wonderful to share these hills again with you.
An Teallach looks absolutely incredible! The views are stunning, what a pretty scenery. I can see why it's considered one of the best mountains in Scotland. Would love to tackle this one myself someday. Thanks for sharing such an epic adventure!
has to be the most epic mountain in scotland. well named - the forge. best series of perches in the highlands. lovely video and so glad that the ridge cleared for you. in low visibility and bad weather, its a foreboding place - best left to a better day. atb
Oh James what an absolutely stunning adventure you have shared. Totally epic & I’m so pleased you were eventually rewarded with incredible views and stayed safe on that ridge. You have enabled people like me to experience & discover incredible areas of Scotland without having any remote possibility of being there. Especially as I recently broke my ankle and you encourage me to get back out on the hills & Munros as soon as practicable. I love your videos but this one was brilliant. Thank you.
stunning mountains and video. you'll have to visit again when they are covered in snow. even just hiking the first for the view of sgurr fiona and the ridge. beautiful. take care.
An awesome video James, I enjoyed that immensely and even experienced vertigo in the safety of my home, I felt like I was there. Thanks yet again!! Definitely 11/10
Awesome James! What an amazing day you had. Fully deserved. Thanks so much for all the content so far. It's been invaluable and a perfect way to get an idea of what lies ahead. I'll be watching these for years to come like many others. 9 to go.. hoping for good weather for you man for what's left!
Well done James. As a senior, in your old age, you will have these exceptional memories and videos to tell your grandkids about. Forty years ago since I was there and lost a rucksack on the way up. Never did make it to the summits and Lord Berkley's seat. So thanks very much for this vicarious experience.
Absolutely spectacular mate. Looked so epic. Definitely probably my favourite video you've made. Drone shots are just something else. Am trying to get as good as you but need more practise lol. Well done on a fantastic video. Looking forward to seeing the rest. And talk about rest i hope your having a well deserved rest. ATVB Alan
Aaah brilliant 👍 You standing on the pinnacle from the drone view , amazing 😍 Good weather this week , playing with the idea of doing these munros , your vid might talk me into it 😂👍
Another inspiring video, I can't wait to see Ben Cruachan & Stob Daimh. I did them last summer on a windy cloudy day with views coming in and out, it was amazing but hope to see you do it in clear weather!
Thanks James and reminding me of when I climbed the beautiful An Teallach over 20 years ago with my son. We will never forget our memories of that day.😊😊
Hi James. Wow what a stay, absolutely amazing views. What a mountain An Teallach is, stunning, just stunning. Thanks as always for taking us along with you and fair play for plucking up the courage to sit at Lord Berkeleys Seat. All the best mate 😀🥾⛰🏴
That's fabulous James. Remarkably similar weather to the last time I did An Teallach about 3 years ago. I also had a forecast that suggested less cloud, but in many ways it's better with the slow reveal and the many teasing glimpses.
What an incredible mountain. You wouldn't want to get too comfortable on Lord Berkeley's Seat! And Congratulations on your Compleation! I'm looking forward to finding out which one it was.
Absolutely cracking James.. As ever, always look forward to watching your content! i think this might be up there with the likes of the Cuillen, Fisherfield and Torridon.. all the best with the last 9..
Great content James, some absolutely amazing views there... 👏 well worth having the weather on side for those hills... hopefully I'll get round to those ones next year... Good luck with the remainder of your munros!!
I can not think of a word or words to describe this mountain and video, exalant will have to do. Many, many thanks for taking us with you. I'm glad you rated it as an 11, it couldn't be anything else. Once again, many thanks😊😊😊
After two other attempts trying to show my son the beauty of AnTeallach, it was the third time lucky last month and we had a fantastic day up there. I've been up a couple of times over the years but was privileged to share the third time with my lad. Great video James you showed this fine mountain at its best
WOW James. This mountain really is something special, whatever time of year. Last time I was up it was full on winter! A superb day and a proper challenge with it's winter coat on. 👌😎
Hallo James, I‘m glad you could climb AnTeallach in this conditions, very moody and atmospheric and such great views. I haven‘t seen such impressing footage of the mountain yet - superbly filmed. Thank you so much for this experience and congratulations! It‘s a pity your Munro journey will soon come to an end. What is your next goal? Doing it all over again? So much joy to share till today, cheers Martin
Brilliant! I done it 2 months ago. I got to the top and there was still cloud. Within a minute it cleared to reveal the view. Jaw hit the floor. Caught it on video too.
I watched Muriel Gray climbing An Teallach the other day (from her 90s tv show). It was amazing to contrast her film with yours - you win! Same mountain, but the technology change is enormous! Your excellent presenting lifts the whole thing. Loved the film, looking forward to the final nine! I’m also looking forward to your final summary top 10… will An Teallach win?
The North west Highlands are the best mountains in Scotland, and An Teallach is definitely up there with the best. You had some great pictures in the video. Nearly the end. Will you be elated or sad. Great video.
This was a Munro that I climbed twice, as it's definitely an 11 out of 10 day! The first time was best, via the Corrag Bhuidhe Buttress scramble, which many folks have found a bit tricky - the rock at the foot of the "bad step" is well polished as they've shuffled their feet and wondered how to tackle it.
Well done James. Now you see why I kept mentioning it over your Munro journey. Between that one and the Skye Munroes they are my favourite. I’m defo going but to An Teallach for a wild camp for godwilling sunset and sunrise cloud inversion
Am 82 today James and watching your videos helps me to relive my Munro bagging days. Thanks for them, and especially the An Teallach video, my personal favourite and one I’ve climbed 7 times.
Happy birthday. I too relive hillwalking memories via these wonderful films
Happy Birthday!🎉

An Teallach definitely turns the volume up to 11. So glad you went back to the first peak for those views, spectacular footage. 25 years since i traversed that with my dad... Happy memories 😊.
Spectacular views - this was one of my favourite walks ever.
An Teallach and the Torridons are the best walking in Scotland imo.
Great vid as always!
I’ve been so excited to see this one and it was a stunner!! I’m giving your video a solid 11 out of 10!
Nearly fell off the settee when you stood on that pinnacle. Stunning scenery, just found your channel. Enjoying it, thanks
Thanks for watching 😁
The views are phenomenal, so relieved when it cleared for you. Really enjoyed this one and well deserving of 11/10. Also love Beluga Lagoon and your drone.
What is the Beluga Lagoon track called? I love it.
Absolutely stunning James, was looking forward to this video and it didn’t disappoint.
Wow. What a video. A magnificent mountain. Those views and the music brought tears to my eyes! Fabulous. Thanks James.

Terrific video - one of the best I've ever seen of An Teallach. Good luck with your last 9!
Great video James. I did these two munros back in 2016 in very warm weather. The views are amazing as you said.
Top stuff James, having been up again recently I thought I would check out your version. Glad it cleared for you to get that money-shot 😎
Well done. It's an awesome mountain. Do the full traverse.
What an incredible mountain. You wouldn't want to get too comfortable on Lord Berkeley's Seat! And Congratulations on your Compleation! I'm looking forward to finding out which one it was.

Fantastic day! Well done! Great footage as always
Well in on doing all the munros James! And another cracking video today. Top man. Can’t wait to do this one 🙏
Brings back great memories. The mountains don't change but we do.
Thanks Chris, really interesting my impression is there aren't as many mushrooms this year though I may be looking in the wrong places.
Have you commented on the wrong video 😂
Yeah maybe not the best ideas to have mushrooms on An Teallach😂
Great adventure, the start was a bit tricky as I recall and from then on a proper roller coaster of a day ,brilliant filming enjoyed that
Great content James, some absolutely amazing views there... 👏 well worth having the weather on side for those hills... hopefully I'll get round to those ones next year... Good luck with the remainder of your munros!!
Congrats on a stunning climb. Felt my legs going to water when you looked over edge!

Magnificent mountain 😍 and brilliantly captured mate can’t wait to climb it 😎
Brilliant well done really enjoyed watching your videos,we finished it in 2016 and have 175 miles to go on the Welsh coast path.

Stunning, compliments my photos of my experience, thank you !
I can not think of a word or words to describe this mountain and video, exalant will have to do. Many, many thanks for taking us with you. I'm glad you rated it as an 11, it couldn't be anything else. Once again, many thanks😊😊😊

Outstanding young man
Holy cow! 😮 Stunning! 👍
AMEN!!! The video i waited all my life for.....James, congratulations on completing your endeavor. I guess it's the 222 Corbetts next 😅
Yes. Best in the UK. Thanks for uploading, James. 🏴🏔👍
Another amazing video! Will be so sad when you are done:(. Hopefully you find some way to keep your videos going, Corbets maybe?
Thank you! Yes will probably do something, need to try and keep the videos going 😁

You really picked your day for that one! ♥
One of my favourites, i like to do it clockwise.
Amazing
Great video as usual but do go back and do the whole ridge it's awesome.
Can I ask what the lovely music was that played during the 15th minute of your video.
Another great video 👍👍
wow wow wow
Fantastic!!
We have been looking at this for a while, it looks incredible. Is it overly dangerous ie bad exposure? Amazing videos mate 👌
Spectacular
Totally agree it’s an amazing mountain but Ladhar Bheinn from Barrisdale is a beautiful mountain cheers
You have probably done this one already, but Ben Cruachan is a solid 10/10 for a Munro.
