No one's gonna complain to no 'higher up' if they're missing for 3 weeks. No one finding projects for them which then they *HAVE* to practice in a given time. Basically if you're in an agency you'll have bigger pressure, work and responsibilities. The last thing you want to do is dragging the whole crew down because of your slacking.

Then you add 4 to 6 hours of meetings multiple times a week then coordinating with producers + artists and holding meetings from that too
That doesnt sound that bad honestly, beside its lesson which prob dance or singing practice and not "carry this heavy ass fridge" up a few floor kind of physical activity. Meeting with producer and artist? Most of the time, unless sponsored, they will be the stakeholder of the project. Overall kinda unhealthly but not that bad from work perspective
