My very first flight on the amazing reworked A380 in Infinite Flight 24.2!
Taking off from Runway 32L at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport in Southern France, we headed straight towards the Pyrenees mountains for some flight tests, where the aircraft displayed its excellent stability and manoeuvrability. We then returned to Toulouse and concluded our 45-minute maiden flight with a landing similar to that on the real A380's first flight on 27th April 2005.
In this video, we demonstrated some groundbreaking aspects of the reworked A380, such as the aileron dance, roll spoilers and drooping control surfaces when without hydraulic pressure. See if you can spot them!
