Ma'am thank you for speaking in hindi because there are thousands of videos on RUclips in english, although we all IELTS students understand english but still watching in same language helps a lot. For the reason of that, understanding in small small technics, is suppose to be listen in same language, that's all my point.

Do the listening twice or thrice a week
Do the same listening test thrice a day without checking the answer till the last attempt of the same test.
Check the pronunciation with the help of transcript if you find difficulty to catch a particular word.
