Looks like a really decent custom mod for Utility Belt Buzz, the head is used from Disney Store’s Orginal 2010 Toy Story 3 release of Spanish Speaking Buzz Lightyear as I call him. That was really the only good head sculpt we got from Disney Store, Thinkway sadly did not use that on both their English/Spanish Buzz Lightyear Talking Action Figures. JCPenney’s Version was basically a stripped down version that lacked most of the phrases, the jet exhaust lights, and the head being more bent forward.

Is it possible to use the glow in the dark spray paint straight on the plastic or do I need an air brush for that? I was thinking of just getting a normal spray paint for cars that is pretty much right but I don’t want chunks of paint on my Buzz! 😅

My dream buzz lightyear is the toy mode face from the first movie laser porter retractable wings same for the helmet and everything else as well as all the freezers and I know I heard more new phrases in the movie like the distress signal Open the same thing door etc. also is it canon that he has 20 phrases?
