Excellent videos! I just recently purchased the Weekender plans myself and am looking forward to getting started on my build. Love the format of your videos, and looking forward to following along with your build!
Thanks for watching! I’m enjoying the build so far. I’m about to start fiberglassing the bottom and sides which is something I’ve never done so I’m excited to get it going.
Great videos! I've long wanted to build a Weekender with traditional materials copper fastened on oak frames with a completely decked after sections and a small foot well instead of the large seating area, which would make for much more room below decks.
I am building a Paradox micro-cruiser sailboat about 25% into a expected 18 month build. Building this thing has been a blast pushing my woodworking/epoxy skill to new limits. Slow and steady progress adds up to a beautiful boat. I’ve found my Japanese pull saw and Stanley sure-forms to be unexpected hero’s when working with the wood. I like your Titebond glue idea and will research that method for non-structural items.
Loved the cat “helping”
That cat thinks she’s in charge, I think. 😄
Can’t wait to watch the next one
Thanks! Glad your are enjoying the videos
my father back in 2000 made a Stevenson's Weekender and really loved this little boat. Congratz on your progress!!

Great progress there! I am catching a lot of tips from what you are doing. Your cat is very funny, running around on speed-up video! LOL!
Thanks! The cat has become an unexpected star of the show 😀
