Captain Flint visits Dresden during Covid lock-down

My homegrown "Mellowstone National Park" was good, but Parakeets generally don't live in East-Germany do they?
I was on the phone on the balcony and said: "a Parrot just flew by..." I couldn't believe it: finally a new friend visiting during lock-down!
But still, I felt sad for this little bird, he needed more colorful friends, and the nearby ones are all locked up.
Birds don't belong in captivity! Nor do any exotic creatures. Better to die free!
