holy shit the JGSDF have come far in the last 5 years its now modern.
well when you increase your budget for defense like 4x sure they gonna improve really quickly. Money helps haha
Nothing has significantly changed in the last 5 years, sadly (except for new rifles that is supposed to be more water-resistant). This is the Amphibious Brigade...they've been like this since its inception. Iron Fist bilateral training has been going on forever, so you can see old training videos.

普通科、偵察、施設がおすすめだよ
しかも普通の部隊ではなく、CRF，水陸、空挺がいいよ
上記の職種以外はギャップが大きくなると思う上記の部隊以外なら物足りなく感じるかもしれない
体力錬成と理不尽に耐える忍耐力を付けて入隊してね！

I hope japan is training for drone warfare and counter drone warfare. So many countries have overlooked drones in the battlefield that it poses an interment risk that could change the tide.
I seem to remember hearing somewhere that drug runners and police have been routinely engaging in drone warefare 😂😂

たとえ有事でも薬莢を回収するのはなにも日本に限った話じゃないですよ、真鍮は貴重な資源ですから。なるべく回収したいけど場合によっては放置なんじゃないですかね

The Japanese need to put optics and lasers on their guns and get rid of those ridiculous brass catchers. If you can't trust your soldiers to not steal ammo why are they even in the military. I t's purpose is to jus catch brass to not litter the area, how are the soldiers gonna clear malfunctions and they sure as hell won't need them in combat. Train how you fight.
