I love it all. Idk how you feel about area rugs but I feel like a fluffy area rug in the living area underneath the coffee table would make it feel so much more cozy. But I understand if you're going for the more minimalistic modern look. Our apartment is all in hardwood. Hardwood floors. Hardwood walls halfway up. And it felt so bare I added a big area rug. Which my stepdaughter loved because at her mom's it's all carpet so it made her feel a little more comfortable.
Im so glad you were able to take a break and spend time with your hubby!! Thats really important! You did the right thing. There's nothing wrong with taking time off over the holidays!
