- Oversitting is a bigger disease than smoking. Modern lifestyle is long hour sitting in office, school, home. This is creating so many problems and diseases like cholesterol, diabetes, heart issues, joint pains, and so on. Even gym or brisk walk for an hour are not effective as compared to active life style like keep moving walking.
How to avoid it? Try to regularly move, in office, laptop, mobile can be adjusted on standing or walking. At home try to do most of the activities by walking. Instead of one time walking and sitting whole day, try to split.

Dr Saab your research is excellent,you are a great man, I am bus driver in Manchester, UK and see many drivers over weight and health damage, I have diabetes for thirty years but all test very good, I hate being overweight so look after my self with hard work and good food, I believe and put great stress on my body to do hard labour doing buildng work in home improvement, in past thousands of years when food was not available on demand and danger was real our body can take lot more stress, hard work because of in built advantage, l would like to meet you when I come to Pakistan.
