Stunning scenes of Newcastle covered in snow.

Some areas of the North East woke up to a glistening blanket of white snow on Sunday morning (11/12/22) as temperatures dropped below zero overnight.
Cities, towns and villages felt the scold powder crunch under their feet if they headed out. The snow is set to stick around for a little while, with a weather warning related to the Arctic blast that brought temperatures of -3°C

I have DJI mini 3 pro can I use it in the Newcastle city without restrictions for similar shots? Do we need any permission?

Thanks for the feedback. No restrictions in Newcastle, there is an authorisation zone over St James Park which you would need to unlock. Other than that just comply with drone code and use common sense and you should be fine. Check out my other channel Drone View UK and subscribe thanks.
