DLS presents the Official DLS Cup which is a tournament style bracket, comparing the overall skills of each position, next up is the the best of the Right Wingers. FIrst up for Round 1 is Jadon Sancho versus Bernardo Silva
There are 2 videos in this reaction which compare the two players. After each video there will be a poll that allows each viewer to vote out of the two players, the winner will go to the next round! Sancho : 20 years old, english and play for a german team "BVB" (Borussia Dortmund). He's one of the best young player (17 goals and 18 assist in 34 match last season), but there is another great player in his team name Haaland (the golden boy -best young player of 2020).

It's not your fault cause EA put him as RW but Bernardo Silva is more of a CM for City. Also I agree with you guys using career highlights, but it's a little unfair on 20 year old Jadon Sancho, who's only been playing pro football for 2 years, when you're watching Silva highlights from before Sancho even started playing 😅
Irrelevant cause bernardo is better. Dembele had the exact same stats but EA 🏴 made him 83 ovr. but gave Jadon🏴 87. Jadon is gonna be world class but he shouldn't be in the top 6 bracket yet.

I think that the fact that Cooley and Shep don't pretend to be experts and just enjoy the videos and react naturally to what they see is the reason so many of us watch them. This channel is not about stats, or trophies, from what i've seen. The DLS love players that got the juice, or the sauce, however you like to call it. They enjoy watching players that make the ball happy and we should just enjoy. If they did the research on the players i honestly believe that would take some of the glow of the show. Let's just let them do their thing and enjoy ✌
Traditionally, the numbers determine your position. So Goalkeepers wear #1, defenders wear #2 - #5, midfielders and attacker #6 - #11
Today, some of that tradition still hold so you'll see most defenders wearing low numbers (2,3,4,5) but there are a lot of exceptions. The midfield engines or the best passers in the teams normally wear #6 or #8. The best players in the team will wear #7 or #10 and the strikers normally wear #9 or #11. Youth players normally wear high numbers. That's why when you saw Bernardo in the #94, he was a really young player at the time.
Also, there are special numbers based on former players that wore them and the team they played for. #14 at Arsenal is considered special because Thierry Henry wore it and #10 is special at Barcelona because Messi and Ronaldinho wore it.
There are also what I call alternate numbers. For example, Bernardo wears the #20 because someone at his club already had the #10 before he transferred there. So the #20 is an alternate number. Similar to how Messi wore the #30 when he just made his debut for Barcelona because Ronaldinho had the #10 at that time.
Also, different continents have different squad number traditions. In Europe, #3 is usually a left back & #4 is usually a defensive midfielder whereas in South America, #6 is the left back number & #5 is a defensive midfielder. #11 used to be a left winger number & #7 used to be the right winger number but nowadays with inverted wing play where right-footed wingers play on the left now to cut in & shoot and vice-versa, the numbers tend to be opposite too.
I think y’all should research but only like there team and their nationality with a little side detail about the player. Not much and not too little

You guys should at least do research to check how old they are so you can judged them better. Sancho is one of the best talents rn, he is 20 years old. Bernardo is a 26 year old which you could say is beginning of a players prime years.

Bernardo and it's not close. His ability to maintain possession and break pressure/containment is world class. Hes SUPER important to the team and while he has these awesome highlights wingers and forwards will always win these polls as they're more popular. However they wouldnt touch a ball with players like Bernardo. He plays across the midfield (expect as a dm) and all three forward postions. Hes a special unique player. Sancho is another prototypical modern winger/inside forward/inverted winger. You'll find more sanches but theres only 1 Bernardo.
Dribbling wise Bernardo Silva is the closest thing to messi

This is a tougher one cause they are two very different players. If you're asking who I think is the better pure right winger I'll say Sancho but Bernardo Silva is probably the better overall player and brings more to the table.
Sancho is goooooooooooooooooood af and he got potential like no other but super underrated. However, B. Silva is a fucking beast!!!!!!!!! He dribbles like messi but with more flare than basic moves. In terms of number there's no real number that would be considered the best overall unless you have a preference for a particular number. Mostly they signify positions, but in that position some numbers are significant. For example, number 1 is the best goalkeeper for the club, number 9 is typically the centre forward, while 7 is the right wing. 10 is typically the best attacking midfielder while 4 is usually the best defender at the club, and so on for different positions.

The most famous numbers in football are like 7 and 10 for example 10 is a guy who is really good with the ball lets say Messi is a good example and 7 is like a 2 good player for example Ronaldo and then there’s other numbers like a 2-5 are mostly defenders and 6-8 are centermid and a 9 is a main stricker and then large number usally are for like young people let’s say a 29 is a number for a young player that still has a lot of carrer to go for
