An advice to my juniors (passed my class 12 this year):
Please, if you are thinking to pursue science(med/non med) or take up mathematics as one of your subjects, DO NOT leave out on the deleted syllabus, especially med students (biology has so many deletions, class 9 diversity chapter deletion was a huge shock to me). Not that you have to cover all deleted topics, but some topics like complementary angles and trigonometry (sintheta=cos(90-theta)) are the base of class 11 and 12, you would soon realise its application in almost every question, from pure trigo to integration, and evolution and diversity are VERY IMP from NEET point of view. So just overlooking all the deleted portion won't do you any good.
I can't say much for humanities/commerce as I myself am a science student.
As someone who just entered class 11 you are so right
Yeah you are right bro ❤️
I was thinking 🤔 to cover deleted portions of Biology 🧫 and Maths in summer vacations as I am going to pursue Medical

If we study old ncert it is beneficial for us because cbse Removing very important topics every year which is necessary to understand in high school to fight competitive, but as per scoring good marks in less time you can go with new one🙌
Same
But didn't go in medical line so why should we study lots of unnecessary topics 😮

On Other Books rather Just Re Read NCERT As Much as You Can I SAID AS MUCH AS YOU CAN YOU MUST IMAGINE THE VIEW OF THE WHOLE PAGE Never make notes only re read NCERT *WORD* *TO* *WORD* when you are revising Don't miss a single fact READ NCERT ATLEAST 15 TIMES IN YOUR PREPARATION
Another Tip whenever you are solving a question bank or any other book make sure to mark the questions you weren't able To solve And just do those questions whenever you have exams Such as UT , MID or even boards😊
That’s the problem of our education system we just study for our exams not for knowledge, the book which was giving extra knowledge was meant to boost up our education not our vomiting skills in exams
Yes i fully agree with ur point 😢
these videos are meant for avg students who cant even do thier present syllabus
Ya thats completely true but the thing is that who could change the system...huh.the irony is that most people study just for marks!!!
Hi my juniors ! A very warm welcome to you all to class 10! 👍🏻So as your senior I'm going to give you some tips to get good marks in your 10th grade.. first of all, it's not difficult for sure.. bss batein h ki boards h boards h Aisa kuch ni hota bss jab aap pehla paper Dene jaate ho toh lagta h Haye kya hoga 🤷🏻♀️ but nothing to worry! Bss wesa hi h jese aapke normally paper hote hai! And i just wanted to say ki NCERT IS 100% SUFFICIENT! So what you have to do is do each and every part of ncert heart to heart word to word ! Ncert is mastermind for ur success ... Let me give some tips according to subjects ... Sbse pehle apne languages ko lightly nahi Lena kyunki sbse jaada marks hi unmei katte h chahe school me aajaye but boards mei jaada chances h ki languages mei Kam marks aa skte h toh unpe focus Krna h ! For maths- ncert kro ache se examples kro and then pyqs only ! No reference book is needed for class 10! Jaada se jaada practice kro ! And for science ncert word to word aani chaiye and samjh aache se aani chahiye kyunki competency based ques aate h jaada! Agar aapne topics ko detail mei samjha hoga toh aap likh paaoge ! And for sst ! It's a very very huge subject aapko time se time Krna pdega ! For SST aapne aache se khudh ke notes banane h and it's not that difficult jesa log kehte h samjh lo that's it !!! Aap sabhi likh lo ... At last aapko apna syllabus November Tak toh kisi bhi haalat mein kar Dena h chahe school mei ho ya na ho because self studies are very important! Practice many questions you can ! Pyqs karte raho krte raho jitne jaada sample papers aur pyqs karoge utna accha score kroge! 👍🏻And apne pre boards ko bilkul lightly nhi Lena! Masti kro and padho bhi !! You will definitely rock! All the best! 👍🏻
Thankyou so much..feeling very light..
Your language and the way you are trying to comfort us thank youu! 💌✨

I think old ncert is the best book to buy if available because it has deep knowledge unlike the new one which just covers a few topic.
Things you should know:
VIII: Metals and Non Metals gives basic chem and Cell is basic biology
IX: Momentum, Equations of Motion and Evolution are also important things to learn
X: Periodic Table is the foundation of chemistry and Evolution is important too
You know what? All the chapters mentioned above are deleted yet important
But in science questions r very different from ncrt... We need extra science books coz ncrt isn't sufficient
Everyone is running after marks, not knowledge. Ncert ka old edition mat lo, Rd or Rs sab waste hai. If anyone wants to score well in competitive exams in the future, he needs to build the ability to encounter difficult and lengthy questions , for which rd and rs are necessary.

If you ask for books, you should go with *Evergreen*, *All in One*. These 2 are my personal liked books. They are strictly based on NCERT.
Beyond this NCERT examplar issued by NCERT only. As in 10th boards one que of science directly came from examplar of 2 marks.
And one more thing, don't take stress, chill, have fun and enjoy life as this time comes once in life only but when you are studying just study, never think anything else than that.
She just called lahmir Singh stupid in 69 languages
Tbh if you only read ncert, solve questions from ncert..you may ace the board exam or any particular schl test but tumhe competitive exams ke questions ki hawa bhi nhi lagegi ..aage science(maths) loge tab pata chalega...

As a class 9 student I disagree
I am a very serious JEE aspirant and I have solved Cengage for physics and mathematics. I also believe you all should study for knowledge rather than studying for marks in boards, studying for boards won't be helpful anyways.
Some books I will recommend are class 11th NCERT for 9th students and class 12th NCERT for 10th students. If those are too difficult you would want to try PEARSON IITJEE series it's pretty good too.
Maam I scored 99 in class 10th thanks to you maam❤❤

1. Reading old ncert id good because old ncert have topics which are backbone of 11th
2.reference books make you prepare for jee/neet/NDA/upsc etc.
3. Is right what didi said
4.is also right
In class 9th read and understand deep and deeper ... Don't focus more on marks focus more on concepts because they are gonna be your base in class 11
What I'm about to say only applies to if you have a lot of free time and or you enjoy the topics given in ncert
A lot of ncert topics especially in history and science have loose ends and some books that expand on the topics given on ncert are really really fun to read and I would really recommend going deeper about topics like electricity and magnetism and the world wars by either reading articles online or reading books that tell you about these. This will help you a tiny bit in exams but will expand your general knowledge a lot

NCERT and exemplar are more than sufficient to score 90+ in maths. You also have to do sample paper which will be available in october or november.
If you ask me for a sample paper book then I will recommend you that Oswaal Sample paper book is really great. It have 15 sample papers and there answers are also given at the back with step marking scheme and 5 self attempted papers of which only hints are given in the end.
I just did NCERT and Oswaal sample papers and i scored 96 in maths. So as a senior I am giving you this advise 😄😄😄
@@snehachhabra265 thank u very much for ur suggestion. but did you also take the standard ??
@@arungiri7481 Yes... I took standard maths in 10.
it is good for 9 and 10 but old edition ncert is good for those who are preaparing for jee and jo books me extra topics he use karlo kyoki abhi time he badme vahi concept samjhne me asani rahegi
Mam can you please tell me which books should we use as a state board student
In science and maths specially for class 9 and 10 ncert is not sufficient.
For science best book is lakhmir Singh and for maths is Rd sharma or rs Aggarwal
Tomorrow is my exam and here i am learning which book to buy👽
Legends 😎
I didn't buy any reference book for social science, eng or Hindi I had 1 reference book for math and 1 for science and I have scored 94%. The reference book which I had used was TARGET, i m sure many of u wouldn't have heard about it but trust me it is really helpful, it has ncert solutions and has at least 15 questions( short and long) from each and every subtopic and practice papers at the end. You can buy it, it's worth the money
A JUNIOR REQUEST FOR SENIORS:
Well I am thinking about buying edukart 'One shot' books which is pretty affordable, but my many classmates buy arihant and oswaal books so can any senior help me about which book I should buy....??
Sabhi 10th juniors ke liye ek aur advise aap sab dusro se note na lekar apna khud ka notes specially in science apke liye bahut helpful rahega aur jaise mam ne kaha oswal book to mam bilkul sahi kah rahi hai specially un juniors ke liye yeah recommendation jo ki thora weak hai . SSt baat ki jaye to reading sabse zyada matter rakhta hai.
Otherwise darne ki koi baat 20 marks ke mcq bhi rahenge 60 marks ke very short, short ,long answer type question rahega usme jitna bhi marks milega uske saath alag se 20 marks milega
Mam I hv not yet taken any reference book for sci, but i do understand concepts from ncert, do u think that i should still take any book? Or just practice pyqs n sample papers???
Mam agar aapne jo book lene le liye kha h jo oswaal ka h uske baad hme oswaal ke sample paper lene ki jarurat h kya????????????????????
Started my 11th but still like watching ur videos and shorts 🤧😩 u r amazing mam 💖💖
Hey tenthies!!!!
I have just passed my cbse 10 th board exam with 96% and believe me i was not even able to eat anything in feb... When the boards were on head...
Actually i got sick in the end of january... And it took almost 30 days to recover... ( i suffered from typhoid ) so basically there were only 6-7 days left for my first ever board exam... And i came back from hospital and was still in the recovery phase... But forget about this... Because according to me last time cant save .... U SHOULD START PRACTISING FROM THE BEGINNING ITSELF and i promise the result will give u goosebumps.. So if u need any help regarding any subject please tell me... I m here 🔆🧿 ...
What was your strategy for science and also did you use any reference books
@@ggg5270 first, u should go for s chand publications book for phy chem and bio in 10 th class... And make sure u do not leave even a single line of it... It's very very important... Believe me i had not touched my ncert the whole year... So i will suggest to enhance in science u should go for s chand.... As u know there are less chapters in science, so first do read one chapter ( from s chand ) highlight or underline the important points ( don't highlight unnecessary things, it will make u uncomfortable ) and then go for question practice... Practice as many as u can... Also.. Practice more mcq than long question answers... They come to be very tricky in the exam... I think that's enough... Happy journey dear 💕
Any tips for maths and English?
And what was your mindset’s the whole year like your strategy and daily study plan?
Thnx a lot though for being here to guide us….

Mam which is the best book for NTSE in Hindi Medium
Arihant all in one is better than oswaal question bank. All in one has more questions than oswaal. And oswaal books are very costly...
Ma'am maine s chand ki books purchase ki hai..kya ye useless hai??
Hella can somebody tell me that self study book is good yay or nay 😄🤌2024 examination

So I think I am eligible to give my advice to my juniors....
Things or resources s u definitely need
Ncert, pyqs and ncert exemplar .. ..No other resources or books are required...trust me....U will definitely perform better than me....because I didn't study from ncert exemplar and it was my mistake....Science paper was mostly set from there only.
Should we consult RD sharma too for maths (basic(
