Probably because they are so real and can happen to anyone whether they are a trucker or just a regular person lost on a road trip! One of my fears is getting lost on a long stretch of highway caused by a wrong navigated route via my gps! But keep them coming. It's always great to see you posting new stuff!
Rusty, the trucker stories, strange wilderness stories, and all the other strange story content you do, are forever my soundtrack to sleep everynight. The sounds/music you pick along with your narration is fantastic!! The fact that these are true encounters is the best thing of all. Creepypasta is nonsense. Big fan of your work! Hats off!
Don't bash creepypasta....besides most of these stories are a form of creepypasta/ghost stories/fireside tales./fanfic,etc..just snobby gatekeepers prefer some over others through time and dismiss some others...but don't knock it just because it ain't your thing or cup of tea

Yeah it's coming upon 8 year's since I last trucked, since my first heart attack......I'm thankful that I'm not out driving at night in the middle of the Australian outback.......I doubt that I'd survive some of the frights I've had over the year's, especially the "shadow people", there one moment, gone the next.

I like these stories even though they are spooky and scary. I can’t begin to imagine these truckers in the middle of nowhere having observed strange events. I don’t doubt what they said, but these events are definitely very weird and strangely. I personally don’t drive at nighttime because I am afraid of the darkness since I was a child. And IF I were to go out, it would be to places like a food store for something that I need, or a pharmacy, restaurants, etc. in the city where I live ……but I will never drive on a highway at night time. I am a city person and so far so good. You do a great job Rusty with these stories and your other videos as well. Keep them coming they are interesting full of suspense. 😊

I listened to the entire first story on this video thinking to myself what in the world has Rusty done different, it doesn’t quite sound like him and he seems to be speaking a little faster than normal. I checked my settings and realized it was playing at 1.25 x speed….ahh. Now I know lol 😂

Driving through almost all of these places this summer 🥴 Also, there seems to be something very odd about Mt. Shasta. I’ve never had a specific experience there myself, but I feel this weird pull there and I don’t know why. I’ve also heard many strange stories in the Mt. Shasta area.
