I live 1.5 hours away from the office so with traffic it’s basically 4hrs/day just commuting. Hoping I get more flexibility soon!
Honestly dumbbell bench press is better than barbell. Each side is isolated so you don't have to worry about one side overcompensating, plus you can do more variations with dumbbells.
Definitely enjoy the rambles more than reading facts videos because I feel like I have to pay attention to the information being read whereas I can easily play the ramble vids in the background (and often on repeat) while doing other stuff. Just my two cents.
One of the big reasons your legs will be sore after leg day is obviously if you are training muscles you haven't regularly, but after that make sure you are eating or consuming carbs (supplement or food) because it's needed for recovery.
I always go with complimentary muscle groups, back/bi, Chest/tri, legs/shoulders and that way it gives each muscle group a full 72 hours of rest. 6 days is great but that rest is crucial to hypertrophy

I'm not trying to share any Bro Science but I would guess you can handle 4000 calories per day spread across 6 meals. Eat clean, hydrate & get proper sleep. I WOULD make sure you get some BCAA's and fast carbs pre-workout(Shake), Protein and Carbs (Shake) post workout and then a FULL MEAL about 30 minutes after your post workout shake.
