Nice build! The TOOL poster earned you a like.
Like for the TooL poster 🤘
Now this...is the level of woodworking I aspire to do. Simple, yet exceptional. Very well done and love the video.
Hello Dear.
Your work was awesome.
Regards from Brazilian follower.
Just found your channel......I'm really enjoying getting to go back and watching your older videos.
Keep 'em coming.
Always a great pleasure to see you work. If someone has to learn what real precision work and beautiful craftsmanship is all about they should watch you. It's also a calm and meditative experience to watch your video. The video editing is beautiful. Keep up the good work.
Brilliant Thumbnail! The project was incredible. Truly a craftsman's work! Well done sir!
Now that's the finest hamper that I've ever seen. Great design and work, Brian.
Ha! Thanks, Steve!
Nice work, I need to make something like this myself. Your video edits get better every time. Love all the little tricks.
I always enjoy watching your woodworking and your video production. I think the little bit of whimsy you add to your videos is one thing that sets you apart from some of the other woodworking channels. Keep up the good work, the hamper looks beautiful and should serve you well for many years.
Thank you.
@4:42 the gun show starts!
Great project; always very calculated and deliberately thought-out. Lovely!
Ha! 😆
Your wood working skills have improved a lot. Your video editing skills have gotten great. Thanks for sharing and keep it up.
Awesome build!!
It is always a pleasure to see you work and I love your designs. Thank you.
Great workmanship as always. Nicely done.
Very well explained video. It was great to watch this. I have learned some new stuff here.

Excelente proyecto.!
I haven't seen you in awhile. last time I watched you had no beard. it looks good. I am jealous. I wish I could grow a beard like that.
Ha! I'm actually on the fence about getting rid of it, but I know I'd miss it if I did. :)
GarageWoodworks does your wife like it? Mine hates facial hair. She wont allow me to grow a beard
She tolerates it. 😀
Very nice! Almost seem too nice for dirty clothes! What are your thoughts on perforating the bottom (1/2"-3/4" holes on 2"-3" centers) to aid in air flow? Did you decide on whether or not to add a cloth liner? If so, curious how you added it and kept it from falling into the hamper.
barnyardkh4 he did add vent holes.
@@hdwoodshop I must have glanced away and missed it.
I added ventilation holes in the bottom, but i never discussed it - I should have. See 15:30 where I add them. Thanks for checking out the build! :)
@@barnyardkh4 No problem. I should have mentioned it in the video. I only show adding the holes at the drill press in a short scene. :)
The hamper came out great. I love working with Cherry! I don't see ant dust collection equipment. Is it hidden?
I use a Dust Deputy / shop vac at the TS and another at the jointer.
@@GarageWoodworks Got it. Have a great weekend!
You too! Thanks for checking out the hamper build!
I wonder why you chose to put the raised panel facing inward? I like the clean look you ended with but raised panels look so nice. Why not show them off?
I never liked the look of raised panels. In my opinion raised panels tend to make everything look like kitchen cabinets. :) I much prefer a flat panel.
Just curious when u book matched, and ran across jointer, couldnt u have just ran through planer since other side was already jointed?
Resawing wide boards usually causes them to cup a little. This will require light face jointing to remove the cup followed by planing the opposite face to final thickness.
GarageWoodworks understood. Thanks
Super👍🇹🇷
Gotta love the workmanship. Spend $20k in workshop tools, $100+ in specialty woods and you too can make that hamper that costs $120 in the store. 👶🏿🤑
did not recognise you with the facial hair
