I really think Louisville should give consideration to Mark Byington. I have watched James Madison play against a few top 20 teams during the regular season, and they beat them both. I think his system is exactly what Louisville fans want to see on the court. Tenacious and disruptive defense...attacking offense. Fast paced.
They owned Wisconsin in the first round of the NCAA tournament this year.
I realize they are in the Sun Belt, but they have shown they can compete with and beat power conference teams.
I think Duke could have its hands full with James Madison.

Another point in Louisville's favor is that it is a basketball school. If Dusty May is worth it.. he will be making close to 8 to 10 million per year in a few years. He will be making more than the football coach... and he is making a pretty penny as it is.

Id love to have Scott Drew. I Don’t know much about him personally except what I’ve heard about he is a deeply religious man. And may hold onto more conservative values.
And I think the city of Louisville turns a lot of those type of people off. Would he want to live here?
Dusty May is my choice and hopefully we don’t lose out on him while pursuing Drew.
Indiana should have fired Woodson and gone after May. Now he’s going to end up just down the road at Louisville.

It's hard to believe Louisville is a top 10 job, but it is.
It's the biggest college basketball television market in the country... They have 3 national championships if you count 2013... Would have the 6th most wins college basketball if not for the NCAA stripping victories away... Still has 8th most wins.. they deserve to be considered a top 10 job... The resources are unlimited for basketball...

@@babybison2881 I thought the biggest mistake he made in his 1st year was not being able to close the deal on Emoni Bates... If you're trying to build Louisville into this minor league NBA team you have to put one in the league your first year and ride that momentum... You get Emoni on campus he doesn't leave untill you find a way to make that happen...
