Okay idk if u know this already but wen u wash ur hair jus to make it easier u can lather the blonde patch in purple shampoo then u can lather the rest of ur hair wit ur regular shampoo or watever. Tht way u can wash everything all together nd the purple shampoo stops the black from seeping into the blonde

Bleach 1st and then toner. They both require developer.
But when you get the box bleach, the developer is normally included already
