Thank you. This was super helpful and easy to follow. I have a similar but different scenario. I’d like to see a scenario where there are multiple reviewers, not approvers in the same stage. Each time a reviewer completes the review, the initiator receives an email. Once all reviewers complete their review, the flow returns to the initiator for further action.

Thanks for the video. Is there a way of keeping the contents of the files private if the same SharePoint system is being used for several users? Also, after step1 approval can the person reviewing the file at step 2 see who has approved at step 1?

This is great! I was able to create a 3 approval flow. Is it possible to add more than one approver per tier. For example if approver A on the first tier is out of town, I would need a second approver on that level, that could approve to send to the next tier.
Thanks for the video, this fits my need. If we add more than one reviewer per stage of approval, and the document is picked by a reviewer then How to notify other reviewer to ignore the file as its being reviewed by another member ?
Does every person involved need a license/plan for this to work or only the creator of the flow? Which plan would make this work?

I createed everything you did step by step, but I was asked by my boss if I can make a column on sharepoint that gives the status of what is happening? While it is going through all these approvals, how can i make it show on the share point page whether is in "Pending" or "In Review"?
In our flow, we have pdf documents which needs to be signed and once signed, returned for processing. What is the best process and/or software to allow to sign these documents directly instead of downloading, sign and uploading the signed documents back under attachments.

Great video, how would I add and have the approver sign documents in the approval process, and upload them to the approved folder?
If you had to prove a file was approved, how would you do that? If only through the flow run history, what if the file was later moved to another folder?
I've yet to work somewhere EU's pick who approves anything, those things are pre-setup. Is there a workflow that simply allows an EU to open a file, fill it out, and save it and it is sent to the people it needs approval from vs. EU's picking

For auditing purposes, what is a recommendation for associating each approver into the documents version history?
My initial thought is having text columns where approver names are added along each step so the end result is a document item with a name value in each column...thoughts?

I have encountered error says The power flow's logic app flow template was invalid. The template actions 'Apply_to_each_10, Apply_to_each_11' are nested at level '9' which exceeds the maximum nesting limit of '8'.
Is there a way to exceed maximum nesting limit of 8???
I have 5 layers of approvals. But when I saved my flow with 4 levels, I encountered this error.
