I love this exercise “hoop”. It has a neat concept to it. This device has the body mimicking the normal hula hoop movements without having to deal with a hoop lifting and falling down. This won’t fall - and I can take a break, grab water, and get right back to it. It is very easy to remove pieces and put them back together, so storage is easy. Yes, I wish it had a storage bag!! Also, the waist belt/sweat band is not mentioned anywhere…. So, I am excited to have it, to help out with the sweating. I just think the manual should have mentioned it.
This hula hoop is super adjustable. There are 24 detachable sections. It has a maximum waist circumference of 48 inches, and anything less than that works fine. This smart hula hoop can be worn with a little bit of slack to it so it is not pressing on the hips, but I don’t think it makes a difference for what is “better to use”. I use it to comfort with a little bit of slack. The magnetic closures are also very easy to work to get the hoop to stay on and come off. Instructions are fantastic as far as using this hula hoop.
I definitely recommend it. No, it is not a quiet device. The wheels move around on the plastic track and I can definitely hear it. Put headphones on and diffuse it. I am not sure how this could be quiet with the way it has to work anyway. This hulas hoop is perfect for both kids and adults. 👍🏼 Bottom line - nice product, and I get a workout! 💜
