I dont understand your electric rate and Im not bashing you at all but why build there in the first place? If you had set that farm near me not only would the power companies bend over backwards to get you 3phase to you but they would of offered you probably 0.035 cents kw/h if not less than that with as much as your using. It seems like your in a location locked down by 1 generation company with 1 power distributor that's hanging you out to dry just because they can. You pulling a good amount of power most companies would be happy to provide an encourage you to expand with incentives of even lower rates. 0.10 cent kw/h is insane especially for someone pulling 200k watts.
