I've been listening to myself and quit my gig today. When you want to cry for an hour while getting ready to go to work, that tells you that you have to stop it.
Thank you both. I have been listening to a few channelers recently and it's been very helpful and much needed information. Its pretty unreal the content coming through but overall it's the same messages of big changes coming and remembering we are carrying the light and divine spark in us from source and have more power than we know and to realize that power and to not be upset or worry. I think the old paradigms of things and what we have been told and the old patriarchal structures we have lived with and have been made to believe thinking we can't change anything, is not true and that we have more power than we realize. It all will need to crumble away to see the truth in many things that we have been lied to about and to allow the new divine light to come to change things in love and light and equality. That's what I am getting from it. I may not understand it all of it but that's the gist for me. Blessings to all. I did hear one phrase from a channeler that I keep repeating; "ALL SHIFT HAPPILY."

There are so many words and phrases that are used these days, and the speakers assume that everyone knows and understands what they mean. We don't teach a kindergarten student chemistry with the expectation that they will understand all of the basic vocabulary associated with the science of chemistry. Spiritual studies are the same. Where can the kindergarten level students find that basic level of knowledge and vocabulary so that we can move forward in our spiritual growth? I listen to various videos and find myself lost right from the get-go. It is frustrating beyond measure because I truly want to learn and grow. I follow directions given the best I can but I do not get the results I'm told I will. When I ask for clarification I'm told "If that doesn't work for you, it's okay. You do you! Do what works for you." Well, how am I supposed to do me?
That education is not found on a 30 minute RUclips video. I would suggest seeking out reading material on the subjects meditation and channeling where you will be introduced to the language such as “stream of consciousness “. Hope this helps you in your quest for knowledge.

@@GrannyB1961Fear not, we are all in this together. I learn something new everyday at 77. I was raised in a spiritualist family when spiritualism wasnt a dirty word. I only understand this from experiencing communicating with the spirit if my uncle who was killed in the 2nd WW before I was born. He was very real to me. I wanted to find out more, so I joined the Psychic research library. But the best advise this channel gave was to stop or just sit! Close your eyes and you rest inside your body. Start behind the eyes, Notice what if anything is there and what is there is your awareness. Shift your awareness to other parts inside your body and feel or just become aware of the sensations inside your body. What the channel said was she has to expand her awareness. You can do that from inside your body and just practice feeling sensations in different areas of your body and the extend it outside your body. You can feel or see the chakras at each level.
Please define "...a stream of consciousness."
First we’d need to define consciousness, which would mean to define God. A wise person once said that “The God that can be written is not the true God.

@@TheFragrantClerkI think that this comment is directed at Granny? Not Carol Saia. I agree with you! It is very difficult to define/ describe consciousness. Consciousness is what animates the body, all bodies, everything. As you point out, otherwise known as God! Im guessing that the stream of consciousness is consciousness flowing through us as a stream, a metaphor, because consciousness is not static. I was reading a part of a book by Stuart Wilde on Grace and its very difficult to grasp but there is a glimpse there if you can get past the mathematics. And Grace is basically that same consciouness.
