One of our field testers wrote a post processor workaround for use with Masso G3 on a Shariff DMC2 mill with Fusion 360. So far no one has used it on a Onefinity.
Ordered one yesterday, Cant wait to get it setup. Whats the best way to set it up with UCCNC ? Macros for now? I will use Mach initially during install as I can switch between the two easily, but really prefer UCCNC. This one will be going on a retrofitted Gerber Sabre 408
We just began with UCCNC and I believe we will have something working soon, but you can find an explanation of the macros here. rapidchangeatc.com/docs/macro-settings/
@@RapidChangeATC I will gladly help test out and help troubleshoot as needed whatever you come up with, just let me know. I will install the ATC as soon as it arrives.
Any High speed VFD driven spindle will work. the torque on the clamping nut is achieved by the inertia of the spindle and the sudden stop. We have a post processor work around for Masso we will be publishing soon. Thank you for the comment and question!
Thank you for your comment. We do have a few guys that have been able to use their dust boot with their RapidChange ATC's. However, we will be looking into developing solutions for better dust extraction allowance.
I'm also interested if this has been tested with the Onefinity Masso G3. Does Vetric do the g-code post-processing?

@@RapidChangeATC Thank you, I will check it out.
@@edphillips1322I just loaded UCCNC on my test machine today and James will be getting into it tomorrow shouldn't be long :)

@@edphillips1322 you'll have it mid week I would think :)
Can this be used with masso g3? And do you need a special spindle? How does it tighten down the nut enough?

any screens going to be made for linux cnc ?
Thank you for the comment and question! There are a couple guys working on integrating Linuxcnc now.
These are ok but no allowance for dust extraction/foot………… so a bit useless when the machines caked in dust
