😊 In this video, I captured a visit to a Melbourne city salon after 5 years, a simple birthday celebration, and 5 delicious Korean side dish recipes and the evening routine of preparing my husband's lunchbox.

🥦 Recipes
🥨 [1] Seasoned bean sprouts
▫️Preparing Bean Sprouts.
▫️Put bean sprouts in 1 cup of boiling water, add 0.5 tbsp of salt.
(Adding a bit of salt is essential for a crunchy and maintain the color. :)
▫️Cover with a lid and boil for about 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
▫️After turning off the heat, let it sit for about 1 minute.
▫️Sauce Recipe :
(1 tbsp of chopped spring onions, 0.5 tbsp of minced garlic,
0.5-1 tbsp of tuna extract, a little salt, 0.5 tbsp of sesame oil)
▫️Drain the cooked bean sprouts and mix them with the sauce.
▫️Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds.
🥕Ingredients🥕
▪️Bean Sprouts (300g)
▪️1 tbsp of chopped spring onions
▪️0.5 tbsp of minced garlic
▪️0.5-1 tbsp of tuna extract
▪️a little salt
▪️0.5 tbsp of sesame oil
▪️Sesame seeds
🥨 [2] Soy Sauce Pork Bulgogi
▫️Slicing 1 carrot.
▫️Sauce Recipe :
(1 cup of beef rib seasoning, 1 tbsp of soy sauce,
1 tbsp of stevia, and 1 tbsp of minced garlic)
▫️Stir-fry 1kg of pork with 2 tbsp of cooking sake.
▫️When the meat is almost cooked, add the carrots.
▫️Add the prepared sauce, and when it's almost done,
▫️Add onions, spring onions, and red chilis according to your taste.
🥕Ingredients🥕
▪️1kg of pork (Choose pork from front leg, hind leg, or sliced pork belly.)
▪️2 tbsp of cooking sake
▪️1 carrot
▪️1 cup of beef rib seasoning
▪️1 tbsp of soy sauce
▪️1 tbsp of stevia
▪️1 tbsp of minced garlic
▪️Onions
▪️Spring onions
▪️Red chilis
🥨 [3] Dried shrimp stir-fry
▫️Dry-roast 150g of dried shrimp without oil
until the moisture evaporates,
▫️Crush some peanuts.
(Crushing and roasting them enhances the nutty flavor.)
▫️Add the peanuts.
▫️After roasting, strain the crumbs.
▫️Sauce Recipe :
(0.5 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of Yon-du,
1 tbsp of cooking sake, 1 tbsp of stevia)
▫️Boil the sauce, turn off the heat
▫️And mix in the dried shrimp stir-fry
▫️Add 3 tbsp of oligo syrup.
(Add it after turning off the heat to prevent it from hardening)
▫️Then sprinkle some spring onions and sesame seeds!
🥕Ingredients🥕
▪️150g of dried shrimp
▪️Peanuts
▪️0.5 tbsp of soy sauce
▪️1 tbsp of Yon-du
▪️1 tbsp of cooking sake
▪️1 tbsp of stevia
▪️3 tbsp of oligo syrup
▪️Spring onions
▪️Sesame seeds
🥨 [4] Seasoned dried shredded squid
▫️Soak the shredded squid in water for 10 minutes.
▫️After draining the water, cut the shredded squid into bite-sized pieces.▫️Add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise and mix well.
(Let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes)
▫️Sauce Recipe :
(2 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp of minced garlic,
3 tbsp of stevia, 3 tbsp of Gochujang)
** If adding chili powder, the shredded squid will burn easily and
become hard.
▫️Boil the seasoning.
▫️When the sauce starts to boil, turn off the heat
and mix in the shredded squid.
▫️Turn the heat back on and stir-fry over medium heat.
▫️Sprinkle some spring onions.
🥕Ingredients🥕
▪️dried shredded squid 230g
▪️3 tbsp of mayonnaise
▪️2 tbsp of soy sauce
▪️2 tbsp of vegetable oil
▪️1 tbsp of minced garlic
▪️3 tbsp of stevia
▪️3 tbsp of Gochujang
▪️1 tbsp of oligo syrup
🥨 [5] Stir-fried radish.(Moo-na-mool)
▫️Slice 1 kg of radish.
▫️Add 3 tbsp of sesame oil or perilla oil, and 1/2 tbsp of salt, and mix well.
▫️Sauce Recipe :
(250ml of water, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 2 tbsp of Yon-du,
1 tbsp of tuna extract)
▫️Once the radish is soft, stir-fry it in a pan, then add the sauce.
▫️When the radish is fully cooked, sprinkle some spring onions.
▫️Sprinkle sesame seeds!

▪️1 kg of radish
▪️3 tbsp of sesame oil or perilla oil
▪️1/2 tbsp of salt
▪️250ml of water
▪️1 tbsp of minced garlic
▪️2 tbsp of Yon-du
▪️1 tbsp of tuna extract
▪️Spring onions
▪️Sesame seeds
