Prayers for you!
I experienced panic attacks for the first time last year, and it caused me to develop a good anxiety management routine. I took up mindfulness meditation using a book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels, incorporated more exercise into my week, learned to set boundaries in relationships and work, started journaling a lot, and eliminated coffee (the high caffeine was triggering my body's response to anxiety). I'm doing a ton better. I recommend the 30 Days book with Gutman's. Such books are helpful for developing a personalized anxiety management routine.
Thanks for the tip, just bought the book and will now eliminate coffee, as well. I started a regular workout regimen, already, so looking forward to managing my anxiety levels.
@@jimjones3017 for sure :) Cutting out coffee took me a while because I was hooked on it, but I slowly reduced my intake until I wasn't dependent. I feel so much better being off caffeine
I wonder what happened when he had the panic attack that they had to suspend for a month
