- Israel is facing mounting criticism over the treatment of Palestinian prisoners.

Dr. Adnan Al-Bursh, a leading surgeon from Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, died in custody after more than four months of detention.
He was detained by Israeli forces while treating patients at another hospital and was later moved to an Israeli prison where he died.
An Israeli military spokesperson said that he had been detained for national security reasons but did not comment on the cause of his death.

They are impartial in their reporting if they said what you say in your comment, they open themselves for lawsuits which will bury them and you will have even less impartial media that actually reports on Israel crimes. They are already doing a lot more than what other media companies do, if you watch the report it is heavily implied what happened. It's not ideal, but without actual proof they would be liable to lawsuits and could lose everything and we need them.
