I cannot believe you are reacting to Legally Blonde!! It is truly one of the only stage adaptations (musicals) that actually surpasses its (film) predecessor; you should actually watch the reality show they made: 'The Search For Elle Woods'! Both are truly Broadway gems 💖
“fun” and “camp” are PERFECT words to describe this musical! and underneath all the silly, cheesy bits lies a production with a genuinely extremely talented cast, stunning vocals, and set designs/choreography that make your jaw drop. can’t wait to see the rest of this series! there’s definitely some songs which should probably be reacted to together.. i think the first one that comes to mind is harvard variations/blood in the water, which you *could* do two videos on if you don’t mind the reaction to harvard variations being very short, but also work together as a double!
The thing they were signing was a congratulations card. It was just big so the audience could see they were holding something. In the movie, it’s a normal sized card.
✨New musical time✨ (I also was cut from a production of Legally Blonde) Also also, can we get a video about your experience watching Heathers live? I’ve always wanted to see it and want to hear about your experience.
Legally Blonde has (in my opinion) some of the best quick changes of any stage show. The first one is two different people, I believe one of the male actors lip-syncing is in the dressing gown and facemask, who then crouches down behind the conveniently-placed fabric, whilst the second actor (the woman) drops down the pole. The second quick change is done by having Elle wearing two dresses, the pink one is underneath the white one, which presumably has quick-release fastenings so she can remove it quickly. One of the ensemble members will then take both the white dress and the duplicate pink dress that Elle is given by the shop lady offstage. One other thing is that Elle is part of a sorority (the Delta Nu house seen at the start and end of the number) and is already in college (university) getting her bachelor’s degree, rather than graduating high school. I’m so glad you’re reacting to this show, it’s one of my favourites and I personally think it’s a rare example of a musical adaptation of a movie that is better than its source material.
I just realized you posted an hour late, so I had to look it up to see that Daylight Savings just ended for you. My Daylight Savings began at the end of September. As a matter of fact, my best friend and I once discussed if we had a girls' sleepover with characters from musicals, who we would want to invite and to what degree. Elle was our number one has to be invited, absolutely, it's not a sleepover without her. She's so positive and kind and has great energy and she develops nicely as the story progresses. You'll see a great change in Elle's focus by the end of the first act. As a matter of fact, Veronica, Heather McNamara and Martha were also people we'd want to invite. We mostly decided Heather Duke and Heather Chandler are not invited. We don't want mean girls, although Cady Heron and Karen Smith both get a pass.
All the songs are good for watching one at the time but I recommend to watch Ireland-Ireland (reprise) and serious (reprise)-Chip on my shoulder together in the same video

Yes this is the original broadway set and staging
Also, except for the reprises, I think most songs can be stand alone. But I do love it when you react to multiple songs in one vid.
