Understandable. I started in January of 2020 and was clueless until I found the manga and the visual novels. It's a HUGE story and told in a very convoluted manner. The writers want you to work for the story
Music. A bit late BUT... Genshin can be like Ed to their 'casual'/'normal' audience game. It's their 'safe' game. Honkai impact is MUCH darker and is not afraid of adult themes like death, mourning and recovery. I only played star rail for 2wks so can't say much about its story. -as far as parkour goes there are parkour LIKE elements in APHO part 2.
You should check out the Honkai Impact 3rd PV trailers! They've got some good music in there too AND Many are character demos. You a also see how the game has matured over time.
