I have same problem, it is a bug in the newer firmwares, mine was unlocked long time ago. I have same problem with version 21.328.62.01.397 and 21.329.01.00.00 of firmware. I believe the solution is to downgrade to firmware 21.316 and below. I will try tomorrow. Did you fix it yet?
