My Mk7 Golf trunk won’t open. Let’s get a junkyard part and fix it!

A quick Saturday jaunt to the junkyard to find a used trunk actuator to see if it will fix my issue. I saved over $350 by fixing it myself. I hope this helps if you have the same issue. Quick easy fix and only a few tools needed. Mk7 Golf TDI, GTI no backup camera on this car in the video.

if you ever get an id4 and you want to do videos of how to repair things in there lot of people would welcome that ... there are unfortunately lot of them out there :( (great video and hope your channel grows btw)

No plans on buying anything electric as of right now. I may start hoarding any of the remaining TDi’s I can find though! 😂
