My grandparents live in the foothills of the White Mountains, and in a few weeks me and my sister get to go stay at their house for a few days and I’m really excited cause their house is basically in the woods and it has a really big and really mossy backyard and there’s practically no air pollution so I can go stargazing maybe. Also every time we go there we make bread and sometimes we make pizza and also I get to help make dinner and I’m just really excited

I swear you can juat go outside, walk for like 15mins and bam you're in the middle of the fields or a forest. There are also tons of old buildings even still from medieval times that are still in use

I don't understand the cooking of a cookie wrapped in cookie dough. Am I missing something here?
I'm guessing its just because. Or maybe she saw it online and wanted to try making them. She might have expected the dough to bake a little fluffier but sometimes they bake crispy and flat. I've found swapping the baking soda for baking powder and chilling the dough overnight helps to make a soft, fluffy cookie. I've tried making single serve brownies with oreos in the bottom and they turned out amazing. Just use cupcake liners and bake them in a muffin tin.
