- My OCC schwinn Stingray Motorized build. F2 thrush exhaust (it is louder but good)
Short intake manifold
After market air filter adapter and filter
Direct bolt on motor mounts for Stingray
Bolt on hub sprocket 34T
High compression head
Front drum brake wheel
I think this is the best one yet. Common sense build. KISS rule applied and you did your DD on those parts.

Are the two bolts on the engine all that’s holding the exhaust on? Also how loud is that exhaust?
The two bolts and a clamp. It is on the loud side.

I just saw the video and was very much swayed to see a imense savings opportunity opposed to the Floridian way with respect to Jim ..There is enough moola for all and I m going to check out this possibility of a greater way of saving some ash for a newer up to date bike as there are so many nowdays. Thank for the share and have a safe covid memorial day.

Did you have to buy extended clutch and throttle cables to make them fit with the apehangers?
I used the ones that came with the kit.

Dude I thought this was my channel until I noticed the muffler. I got a gray tarp on my porch and that exact bike I'm building but did not remember uploading this video lol.
I got this crappy motor mount that just mimics a v frame, it's such a tight fit man I wish I saw this type of mount. I'm getting an arch pulley that lets me put pulley wheels all along a path however many I need (which is like 2).
No worries bro. Yeah I did a bunch of research before I started to put the bike together. There is always something we would like to do to the project.

What size stingray is that, is it the kids size? I’m looking to buy one and motorize it, but I’m 6’2” and not sure if it would look a little silly.
I have a adult size, I am 5'9" I would think you should be ok.

Sorry for late reply I used plumbers strap.
A smaller sprocket on the chopper reduces vibration. You want a 32-36 tooth for the smaller rear tire
So where did you get the back tire fr? Lol

This is the one I ordered, it is 1 1/4 I placed the rubber pad between the sprocket and hub adapter to also.

Damn, that is one sturdy ass moterized bicycle. Thats not a bicycle with a moter, that's a motorcycle with pedals lol. Sweet as hell.

The faster you are going the better the brakes you want to have. Unfortunately the squeeze rubber bicycle brakes are the cheapest but they don't provide adequate breaking.

That is a great buy. I should have looked more before I pulled the trigger on the one I bought. Can't win them all.
