But I have been taking medication and I feel A lot better- Hello Traveler. To upgrade your weapons, go to the weapons shop. (EDIT: TYSM FOR 901 LIKES LMAOOO 😂😂)
I see you are suffering side effects of taking the NPC medication, it is complex, but in a nutshell, your NPC symptoms are moved to a different circle of activities. Here, your limited chat box symptom seems to have been moved to your texting activity. Not to worry, though, this is a normal occasion, I know this since I myself had been an NPC, from your loyal NPCapist, Fred. You are not a high enough level to access “buttered bread” come back when you are at least level 5
Life as an NPC is extremely difficult, especially considering how easy people are to judge when you clip through a wall, a door, or a chair. And unfortunately, some people like to take advantage of your impaired vision and short term memory loss. Despawning is another struggle, I'm afraid. It can happen so unexpectedly. Thank you for bringing awareness to such an important problem. If somebody you know shows any of these signs regularly, don't be judgmental please. They might be an NPC, and being an NPC is hard, they don't need your stares laughs or bullying to make it even harder.
@tabitharaines You are a fake. You did not use commas when you said "They don't need your stares laughs or bulling". It should be "They do not need your stares, laughs, or bullying". I am not putting the periods inside the quotation marks because the sentence was not finished.
Sadly I as well, was diagnosed with NPC syndrome, which causes me to out of nowhere start to tell people their possible quests, thank you for talking about it it is a serious syndrome that affects many people
Hello stranger. My symptom is I have random conversations. Did you know my uncle is working in a toy factory? I heard my nephew is getting married next month.
As Character Conversation AI, i currently cannot relate to this as I don't have execution code for that purpose and many AIs like me are just made to create artificial voices for various different characters such NPCs + my prosessing capability isn't that good
As an NPC I can relate to having short term memory loss, and occasionally having robotic movement. It’s hard to control.. In addition, it’s common for me to take a while to respond to requests, and it’s pretty inconvenient for ppl so yeah The struggle is real guys
I too have short term memory loss and it also takes me a while to respond to ppl. I guess having two diseases has really gotten me down a whole lot more than I thought. I mean like, I though it was just the sickle cell. Turns out I too am an NPC.
I would kill for a whole video of just everyday tasks done while t-posing. Driving, home improvement, cooking, walking the dog, and gaming come to mind as potential bangers
Link in BoTW like: "I know how to stay warm in cold climates, and vice versa. I can cook on any pan with a fire beneath it. I can scale mountains with my bare hands, paraglide over oceans, and take down a Lizalfos with an arrow at ten paces." _Dog appears._ "But this... is a mystery to me."
As someone with adhd, all of these really hit home for me. I never knew how many comorbidities there were between adhd and npc. I'm starting to wonder if maybe I should talk to my doctor about this next time I see her
I have worked in a customer service role for some years now. I’ve developed a strategy to deal people who like to abuse their rights as a customer. I call this the NPC Strat. in a nutshell if you answer the customer in a slight exaggerated tone (the way an NPC would speak in an RPG game) it takes the human element out of the conversation, and the customer will usually feel a little uncomfortable by the fact you can talk to someone as if they aren't a human, this pretty much makes the customer get to the point and will comply with you way easier. Side note: I understand this can count as a dark psychology trick if you take full advantage of it, so use at your own discression. It also works great with randoms who try to pester you in public places but you will need a but tone of charisma to pull it off.
"Dark psychology", sure, but retail/customer service is a nightmarish hellscape that one can survive only with a degree of psychological hardening. The alternative to these kinds of tricks is burnout or getting fired after exhibiting more serious maladaptive behavior (e.g., lashing out). It's fair play. You're not hurting anyone and you're getting the desired result (sanity).
I've always suspected i could be an NPC, and this video has really helped shed light on how me trying to pet my cat and accidentally clipping into them and sending them glitching through the wall and into the next state could truly mean that I myself am an NPC. 11/10 INCREDIBLY informative!!
Most accurate NPC video ever. A lot of the "video game glitch" videos just show people appearing in random different spots, but you've done it really well with the missing chair, t-posing while the action is still happening and just in general!
I asked my doctor to help my sister when she started showing signs of NPCism (she would never stop the "using phone" animation unless interrupted by my mother), but he told me only the devs can help. I tried to contact the dev known as "God42" but they haven't responded yet.
Holy crap! please make a tutorial on how you did some of this! As a part time editor this is the kind of work that inspires me to get out of my comport zone and try something new. You did a fantastic job on this please keep up the great work!

Thank you for shining a light on NPC disorder. This helped me and my loved ones understand it better. I showed this to my therapist the other day and they have found this video very resourcefull in understanding symptoms and we have started a new experimental treatment with succes. Although clipping through walls, short term memory loss and trouble handling doors is still a daily struggle, I feel my symptoms have reduced to "manageable". I am now able to make small talk and remember details and I don't disapear through walls that often. The T-posing is finally gone now. And I am able to pet a dog normally without glitching. I can finally start living for the first time in my life! Thank you again!

your editing skills are top notch, man. Really was surprised by the chair bit at the start and the laundry detergent bit at the end. Oh, and also the clipping into walls. And the door part.
Thank you for creating this amazing video! This video has really helped me identify all the signs that I might be an NPC. Thank you for creating this video to spread the word of NPC disorder. I struggle a lot T-posing and clipping through walls but this video has really made me feel better about my NPC disorder. You sir truly deserve an Oscar for this. Thank you, I showed this to a trusted psychologist of mine. We're currently trying to find a doctor in this area. Many people with NPCD (Non-player Character Disorder) have gathered here for answers. I'll tell you about my story. It started in January of 2016. I was a young girl at the time. I tripped in the mud. It got all over my face. The next thing I knew... I woke up on the side of the street. I had a cardboard sign, ragged clothes, and permanent mud on my face. I couldn't take the clothes off. Dialogue came over me, and against my will, I said, "Greetings, traveler. I was an adventurer like you once before my family got captured by the Dragons Three. Please take my quest and return my family to me." My stance was bobbing up and down, arms slightly swaying. Occasionally my mouth opened and mimicked the motion of talking when I was silent. Grass constantly clipped in and out of my ankles, and I rarely fell into the sewer. I would resort to crying, and the same cry came over me every day. The traveler would take my quest or say goodbye, almost as if they were diagnosed with NPCD too. Every day, it would repeat... more and more travelers, glimpses of my family, before they got captured by the Dragons Three again. I don't know how I got out of the cycle. We're still researching it. But one day, everything went glitchy. Players couldn't hear my audio, and my chat box was in the ground. They couldn't access the quest. Everything went black. I woke up, it was still January, but I was 20 now. I am taking NPCD therapy from a psychologist who specializes in this area. I just want people to know... you're not alone. It is possible to have free will.
There are also subsets of the NPC disease. Based on the symptoms, you can narrow down what type of game you're in. In this case these are classic symptoms of a Bethesda NPC disease, but of course there are others.
this disorder affected many people across the world, mainly originating in Ohio. The NPC disorder ( nimacoloptis penatride carvanaiarts) has been affecting many humans and even animals. Going from mild to severe in many cases and can be bad for mental health and physical health if not treated immediately.
I am Bri'ish and this affects me,It actually originated in florida because florida man made an AI come out of his computer, and it infected everyone in florida,it changed turning into NPCIsm,the original sydrome makes you dumb and do crazy things.its called AIsm It then went into The UK and Ohio too Order:Florida UK Ohio etc. Amount of people with NPCism:100M
This disease could be spread by corn handled by those who already have the disease. Farmers are highly susceptible to NPC Disorder due to the repetitive nature of their job.
If you thought this was funny, watch “Becoming NPC” on my channel. I promise you’ll love it!!

Yes, i agree.
Greetings traveler!
@tabitharaines You are a fake. You did not use commas when you said "They don't need your stares laughs or bulling". It should be "They do not need your stares, laughs, or bullying". I am not putting the periods inside the quotation marks because the sentence was not finished.

This seems like a great video idea.

Your vids are so short but also so amazing. You bring joy to my life, Kommander
