Acquiring a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $160K for some time now, but my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises of plummeting stocks which were once revered and i don't know where to go here out of devastation.

Thats when you hire someone to manage your money. You need a (CFP) straight up! personally, I would invest in ETF's and also love investing in individual stocks.

So far the analysts are not factoring in robotics but I think the growth there will be epic eventually. Will likely not happen for 3-4 years but it’s the reason I’m not selling and considering buying more.
Couldnt agree more. Since Q4 earnings its been sliding and the noise/FUD increasing but I've been steadily buying more. I was of the same sense that end of year or worst case 2025 the inflection will happen.
Hate that I ruined my sub 100$ average but that is just hubris to pay attention to it rather than the long term potential.

So, in extremely cold weather, the range of many EVs will be cut in half. Which means most Teslas will only be able to drive 100 miles on a charge. For how many people is this actually going to be a problem?
This notion that every EV has to be able to drive 400 miles on a charge is some delusion sustained by the same numbskulls that think they need a 4-wheel drive, ¾ ton pickup truck to drive to the grocery store and back twice a week.
Yes, cold weather drastically reduces the range of EVs. It's not a problem unless you're driving a 10-year-old Nissan Leaf.

I think some of it has to do with Elon becoming a very polarizing personality the last 2 years. Definitely hasn't helped the company.

@FinancialEducation Jeremy, I am guessing that what you did with the selling of Tesla stock options was set them up for very far into the future and the moment the dip happened you bought stock to cover it right? I don't do options trading, I only done Long positions so far and I take whatever I can glimpse/learn from youtubers like yourself.

Would Jeremy load the boat if TSLA hit 70 dollars? Wow. Jeremy and I are thinking exactly the same. NVDA looks like TSLA during its last bull run. It could do no wrong. It will rise forever. Great technology, but valuation gets ahead of itself, then dwindles, crash or mini-crash, next bull run. You would have to be a giant idiot to think Tesla's growth is done with EV adoption so low. Anyone watching the EV market knows what is holding up growth: interest rates and lack of infrastructure to support growth for EV adoption. This bottleneck was expected. Once the infrastructure builds out and EV adoption resumes, TSLA will grow again.
Chickens logic on the wipers is a very good point because if it can't surpass that level of Autonomy how are they supposed achieve level 4-5 FSD?
Timing the market is difficult, the interest rate head winds are real though. Even Elon has noted that on conference calls. Don’t see much upward movement until late 24 early 25 after we get a few cuts under our belt. Don’t think we are close to a bottom yet.

Maybe it will go to low 100's before it turns. Hard to see a recovery this year.
