Trained myself for about 3 months using Al-Ghazali time management. What i can conlude; 1) you have no time to spend for social media 2) when you pray in the early time, you will find you have more times to relax and calm while solah 3) you are fit, because you sleep early 4) tahajud is the key! - your source of strength. Wake up and consult with Allah in beautiful time. Alone. Peace.
I’m ashamed that I honestly have a very poor sense of time management. This video motivates me to change though, inshallah I’ll improve and make use of every day
The enemies within calls him a philosopher...and tried to make him irrelevant. But the imam is a great teacher of the Sunna and also a guide to paradise
This may seem like a lot of work but you will only see the fruits of this effort on Judgment Day - when you will be glad that you did make the effort & that your effort has been recognised by God and rewarded.
JIBRAEEL JUZULI May Allah bless you for this comment you kinda gave me hope and faith to try and schedule my life and reminding the fruits is just smart planning to elaborate more on the garden which lies fruit and flowing water but only ones with effort and patience can get thank you for your well done conment Salam to you.
Easy. He's the man responsible for the death of the intellectual civilization in Islam. It's been frozen in the same century he lived in, since. Kudos.
Excellent! I am not always able to study as much as I would prefer, so I do try to concentrate on good deeds at work: comforting people, listening to them, just small acts of charity. Even picking up trash is an act of charity. This really touched my heart ❤.
Salaam. What a fantastic video on time management, I've never seen it explained like this - imam Ghazali (may Allah be pleased with him) was so logical in his ideas.
SubhanAllah, that talk is right into your heart. May Allah reward you and benefit the listeners. Ameen. Keep the good work coming. We love imam ghazali
The spiritual journey continues with guidance in footsteps of pious predecessors..... The challenge and steadfastness is important to save others from fitna in our time and age...
For those who want to dive a little bit deeper into the stuff mentioned in this video. Im pretty sure it's directly taken from بداية الهداية للإمام الغزالي
Thank you for posting this! I needed this today. I was feeling guilty bc last month I was very good at this but I am struggling to stick to my schedule this month, this was motivating for sure 💕
Imam Ghazali narrates: The vicissitudes of life, family affairs and financial constraints engulfed my life and deprived me of the congenial solitude. The heavy odds confronted me and provided me with few moments for my pursuits. This state of affairs lasted for ten years but wherever I had some spare and congenial moments I resorted to my intrinsic proclivity. During these turbulent years, numerous astonishing and indescribable secrets of life were unveiled to me. I was convinced that the group of Aulia (holy mystics) is the only truthful group who follow the right path, display best conduct and surpass all sages in their wisdom and insight. They derive all their overt or covert behaviour from the illumining guidance of the holy Prophet (Salalaahu Alaihi wasallam), the only guidance worth quest and pursuit.” Imam Ghazali, al-Munqidh min-ad-dalal, p.50

In ‘tariqat’ (the tasawwuf discipline), dreams start in the beginning. The mystics see spirits of the Prophets (may peace be upon them all ) and the angels in their wakeful moments, listen to their voices and acquire vision from them. Imam Ghazali, al-Munqidh min-ad-dalal, p.50.
Seems good to me, except for 1 thing : if you try to plan your whole day and try to stick to what you planned, you'll get tired after 1 or 2 months + the guilt you'll feel that you didn't stick to what you planned is gonna harm you.
Assalamu alaikum my dear brothers and sisters!! Very good video. There is also a request. I want to buy the famous book by Hazrat Imam Ghazali (Rahamatullahi alaihi) by name "The Morning Star". I searched for it in the entire city of chennai. Can anyone please let me know if any of the viewers have it and from where can I buy it? Thanks in advance.
02:25 what is an honest living? it's working for a company as employee for only 50,000 a year. and what is worldly greed? is it building or working on own company, project or business as founder and ceo, earning billionaire of dollars for your work. why is wealth looked down upon and averagenes looked up to?
well no not really bro! honest living is like anything that has goodness. that is easy for you and that has nothing sinful(haram). ya know? for example you won't use interest (if your muslim) in your job earnings. or you won't sell people haraam meat and selling alcohol as well. that not an honest living because its dealing with haram things ! and honest living is where your making your money and supporting your family keeping it in the bounds of halal. ya for sure go make a company run a business bro! the prophet PBUH said that the best of jobs (more or less I'm paraphrasing) is a business. so go make millions just don't do anything haraam in the job. also it differs for each person some people may not be good businessmen some other may like to work with their hands a mechanic, carpenter PLUMBER. I recently got a job so I have the plan to start a little cologne business where I sell them on the side nothing wrong with that! everyone can't be a businessman. everyone has to so something that contributes to society whether a businessman or a pizza delivery guy. After all bro when your chilling in your mansion whose gonna bring you your pizza? lol the delivery guy of course! GO OUT DO DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY that fills your heart. I hope this answers your questions !
KAFRESEL I think that the message of being aware of greed is that you have To find a balance between your work and your deen, knowing that many people was too close To Allah but after they create wealth, sheytan whisper in their souls and make them forget the most important thing in life which is worshipping the creator ALLAH. ALLAH subahannah Never tells in Any verse that making a fortune is haram, He just explain that wealth can make us Forget him and we should be vigilant about that. And Allah knows best!

Walekum assalam brother. While I don't know about the reciter but what I do know is that it is Qaseedah Burdah Sharif. You can search it on RUclips and hopefully you'll find what you are looking for. JazakAllah khair
I only have 1 question. The graphic shows to start working after the afternoon prayer and end it before the sunset prayer. So thats around 2,5h. How can I work 2,5h a day and earn enough money to live?
Tahir Ballikaya I’m confused too at first but if you notice, the narrator said that we should use our time in one of the four ways which is seeking knowledge, remembering God and worship, good work and earning a living. Going to work is part of the 4 things we should spent our time for from morning to sunset prayers. Hope it helps.
Maybe you don't understand the context of his life. He himself was a great scholar and spending his life with learning, seeking knowledge, and teaching. And Scholars at the time was high payed. You can replace "seeking knowledge" in the morning with make a living or working. Problem solved. As a university student, i can relate to this time management. I hope it helps
